Appealing and fairly clean place, particularly helpful and truly helpful staff on a member of staff. Functional and newly decorated rooms available with proper bath and good lighting, as for instance. Magnificent and absolutely perfect location, not too far from Campos Eliseos Theatre.

There was delicious and enjoyable breakfasts with a discounted rate. The staff was polite, nice, and responded promptly to requests. Too bad that we didn't have time, but we will come back.

The Hotel is in a great location with secure convenient underground parking. The rooms are 5 star, spacious and very comfortable, and were priced at a 3 star price. It would be hard to find better accommodation from which to explore the city.
The hotel lacks some atmosphere but this is compensated by the surrounding environment.

New hotel ideally located in the center of Bilbao. Everything in walking distance. New, quit and spacious rooms. Great price for a real 4 star hotel. As it is a business hotel there is no big lounge to meet other hotel guests, go to the bars and restaurants just around the street.

The rancid smell in the room was unbearable!!! Such basic details like having coffee and tea in the room just seem forgotten!!! The key cards were more trouble than they're worth!!!

Above average breakfast with hot food option, and the stuff was knowledgeable. The location was good and perfect, and we could reach Campos Eliseos Theatre by walking. Set next door to a casino and bars, it was a plus.
